Who is responsible

Amata Engineering Ltd, Ireland, is the data controller for this website. Contact: hello@aifactor.ie.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, organisation, work email, the workflow you select and your message. Cloudflare serves this site and keeps standard edge logs. Nothing else is collected.

Why, and on what basis

We use your submission to answer your enquiry and to draft a pilot scope — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For anything beyond that, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Where it goes

Your submission is emailed through Cloudflare to a principal's mailbox and answered from there. Processors: Cloudflare (hosting and email routing) and our mailbox provider. No marketing lists, no resale, no sharing with anyone else.

Transfers

Cloudflare operates a global network; transfers outside the EEA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years from our last contact, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, the engagement's own terms take over.

What we don't do
